1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cross Angle website and our services, including but not limited to graphic design, virtual assistance, customer support, lead generation, and other outsourced solutions (“Services”).
By engaging with Cross Angle, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

2. Eligibility
Our Services are available to businesses and individuals aged 18 years or older. By engaging with us, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business or organisation.

3. Services Provided
We provide outsourcing solutions which may include:
- Graphic design, artwork creation, and file preparation
- Virtual assistant and administrative support
- Customer service (email, chat, and phone)
- Lead generation and data entry
- Marketing support and related business services
The exact scope of work will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.

4. Trial Offer
We may offer a 10-hour paid trial at $180 AUD + GST.
- Trial hours can be used for any available service.
- Hours can be used flexibly within a 7-day period.
- No refunds for unused hours.
- Continued service beyond the trial will require a separate agreement and payment.

5. Payment & GST
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
- GST will be added to all invoices for Australian clients.
- Payment is required in advance for trials and as per agreed billing cycles for ongoing services.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, Stripe, and PayPal.

6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear and complete instructions for tasks.
- Supply required materials, assets, and access to systems/tools where necessary.
- Ensure you have the right to use any content provided to us.

7. Service Delivery & Turnaround
- We will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, but timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delays caused by missing information, unclear instructions, or client system issues are not our responsibility.

8. Privacy & Marketing Consent
By providing your contact details, you consent to us storing your information and using it to:
- Deliver the agreed Services
- Send updates, offers, and information about our other services
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. Revisions & Changes
- Each task or project may include a reasonable number of revisions as agreed beforehand.
- Significant changes to scope may incur additional charges.

10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our Services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.

11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
All outstanding fees must be paid before termination is effective.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
