1. General Policy
Cross Angle strives to deliver high-quality outsourcing services. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Paid Trials
The 10-hour paid trial is non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Project & Retainer Work
- Refunds will not be issued for work already completed or in progress.
- If you wish to cancel ongoing services, you may do so with written notice; any unworked prepaid hours may be credited toward future services at our discretion.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where we are unable to deliver services as agreed, and where no reasonable alternative or correction is possible.

5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
